Hai Robotics, a global provider of Autonomous Case-handling Mobile Robots (ACR), has officially launched its latest Southeast Asia headquarters and demo center in Singapore. Spanning a total of 7,700 square feet, this cutting-edge facility prominently showcases our signature HaiPick System 2 and 3.
Grand Opening Event at Braddell Road
The grand opening was held on April 30 at their new headquarters at 351 Braddell Road. It marks a substantial leap forward from its previous Singapore office, established in 2022, which occupied just 3,000 square feet.The event was attended by prominent guests and esteemed partners from across the region. President of Hai Robotics SEA and ANZ, Nathan Zeng, and Regional Sales Director, Lukas Lai, Hai Robotics SEA officiated the ribbon-cutting.
Showcasing the HaiPick System
During the opening ceremony, Hai Robotics showcased their latest demo center featuring their HaiPick Systems — Hai’s signature system. The system combines the strengths of the ACR and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) into one tandem solution. ACR handle totes from the top to the bottom of the racks.

AMRs handle rack-bottom totes between racks and workstations. The HaiPick system facilitates rack expansion by up to three-deep configurations. The maximum picking height reaches up to 12 meters using HaiPick ACRs. This innovative system enhances warehouse operations by boosting efficiency and maximizing storage space with its superior versatility and compatibility.
